If you lose any personal property whilst in the shopping centre, please notify us as soon as you can by calling 01473 281580 or email us giving us as much relevant information as possible ‐ including your name and contact telephone number ‐ and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Customer Toilets
Buttermarket has customer toilets for the use of all shoppers – including baby changing facilities and accessible toilets – and these can be found on the lower ground floor. There is step-free access to the accessible toilet. You can access the toilet using a RADAR key. If you’re missing a key, one can be obtained from Shopmobility, next door. Find out more here. Changing Places Toilet
The closest changing places toilet is located in the Sailmakers Shopping Centre. This is 5 mins away from the Buttermarket and approximatley 150 steps (distance) on mostly flat terrain.
