Accessible Parking
You’ll find designated accessible parking bays on each floor of our facility to provide convenient parking.
Step Free Access
We offer step-free access from both the North Mall and St. Stephens Lane entrances, ensuring that everyone can enter the Buttermarket comfortably.
Lifts
The Buttermarket is equipped with lifts that service each floor, making it easy for visitors to move from the car park to the various levels, including direct access to the cinema.
Service Dogs
We warmly welcome service dogs to accompany their owners within the Buttermarket.
Accessible Toilet
Changing Places Toilet
We have an accessible toilet available for use, and access to it is granted via a RADAR. If you’re missing a key, one can be obtained from Shopmobility, next door, for more information visit our Shopmobility Page.
In addition to our standard accessible toilet, we also provide a larger accessible toilet within the ladies’ restroom.
The toilets are located in the lower ground lobby next to the lifts.
The closest Changing Places toilet is located in the Sailmakers Shopping Centre. This is 5 minutes away from the Buttermarket and approximately 150 steps (distance) on mostly flat terrain.
