Become a Mystery Shopper

Enquire to become a mystery shopper at the Buttermarket and you could receive a gift card for your honest observations. 

Entries close on the 17th of April. 

Terms and Conditions 

1. Applications are made via the enquiries page on the Buttermarket website
2. The prizes will be awarded after sufficient information is received via the mystery shopper
3. It is at the management’s discretion as to what is deemed sufficient information on the feedback form. 
4. The applications will be open for entries from the 13th of April – 17th of April. 
5. The prize is a gift card from a place in the Buttermarket
6. No cash alternative is available.
7. The winner will be contacted via the account they used to enter.
8. The winner must make contact within 48 hours and arrange the collection of their prize within 14 days or risk forfeiting the prize.
9. The prize must be collected from The Buttermarket Centre.
10. Prizes will not be shipped and must be collected in person from The Buttermarket Centre.  
11. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred and must be redeemed in the Buttermarket centre.
12. Employees of Buttermarket Centre and their relatives are not permitted to enter this competition.
13. By entering the promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.
14. If entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions, they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.
15. Details of the competition and prizes are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without prior notice.
16. The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the prizes whatsoever.
17. The winner must be willing to have their photo taken in-store when collecting their prize.
18. The entrant’s personal information may be used only by our staff internally for the purposes of the promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged.
19. Prize winners will not be compromised by the publication of excessive personal information.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
21. If any circumstances out of The Promoter’s control mean that the competition prize advertised is not available, The Promoter reserves the right to (without prior notice): (a) cancel the promotion; and/or (b) substitute the competition prize for another amount of lesser value.
